What is happend to MatesgateBiz

Hi mylot friend, Since two months the Matesgate biz was not paid the dues or earnings to the members, but a pop up is appearing in matesgate site that the owner is shifting his home after getting connection of the net he will release the dues/funds to the members. this pop up is screening since two months, I have also invested 20 dollars in that site. Today When I have tried to open the site it was not worked means not opened so I am doubting about this site what about your experience with this matesgate site.
