Well, most of you know the story... I just watched the 1993 version, it was without singing, it was quite long, but it was well acted, especially for the 2 lead parts by Liam neeson and Goeffrey Rush. I was really touched by the film and i was so glad it had a happy ending..
i can't wait to see the new version with the singing.

I watched that version too and it's really nice and I had loved it since then :)
I am now waiting for the 2012 movie that stars Anne Hathaway very much excited about it. I have also seen the 25th anniversary concert in youtube too and wow! that was fantastic I love the cats except for that member of the Jonas brothers lol. The cats was perfect except for that guy who plays Marius. :) It maybe musical or a movie adaptation I just love it! :)

I watched the 93' version and the miserable late-late something London. I find the movie really good but still I did enjoy more on the little details and portrayals of stinking London times. haha. And I miss the singing!

We have a DVD copy of that movie as well as the 10th Anniversary Concert which had Lea Salonga in it. I really like Hugo's work. And I'm also very excited to see the 2012 version of this, what with Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Anne Hathaway, among others, starring in the film.

This is Les Misérables released in 1998, starring Liam Neeson, Geoffrey Rush and Uma Thurman.
There is another Les Misérables going to be released with different story with Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe and Anne Hathaway.
By reading the heading, I thought you must be talking about the latest movie, but turns out the movie released in 1998, I haven't seen this movie, but it sounds interesting enough to watch ..
