Calling Paypal

For awhile now I have had trouble using the Paypal site to print out labels I mail out. There is this little arrow that I need to click on during the process of using it and it won't click on. I emailed them but ever got a response. I think I might have to end up calling them cause bringing packages to the PO and waiting on line is just not what I like to spend time doing when I can't go through eBay to do it. I usually have Listia customers who I use Paypal to print labels with normally but now I can't. Have you ever had to call Paypal? I have before.
