It is becoming a frequent news about shooting in public places and institutions.The teenager or person involved are ordinary people,sometimes even without a criminal record or back ground.They are from that section of the society,where the culprit was considered ordinary and like every other person in that community.He may have the problems that an average person confronts in his day today life,but what makes him cause such an outburst that causes so much destruction and pain to the society.Have you got an answer for the happening of these tragic incidence of guns and violence?
