He told Neil that he intends to fold Jabot into Newman Ent. So that means that when Victor gets Newman back and we all know that he will, Victor will have jabot. Then once again Jack will have lost the family business.

I did not even think about this happening, but of course, you are probably right. That is probably just how they are going to play it.
