have I ever told this story before? I think I have, a lot of times, I think have not shared it with mylot yet so here it is. I have friend. She's a girl and a very tomboyish. Not lesbian okay? Tomboy-ish! She wears caps, comfortable in her friends' company consisting mostly of guys, likes video games, etc. You get the picture. Oh, also, she's trained in martial arts like taekwondo and aikido! I will name her Chris here. So here's the story. One day Chris and a guy friend of hers were at the canteen in our school, playing video games together. They had fun playing the game tekken every now and then and they get along real well. The guy has a girl friend who is paranoid and very jealous. This girl suddenly came into the scene and slapped Chris out of jealousy. By the way, this girl friend is from another school. I don't know how she got there. LOL! Then Chris was shocked. And out of instinct... and martial art honed reflexes she punched the girl right in the face. The jealous girl got a bleeding nose. They went into the principals office and the blood nosed jealous girl was patronized for her action. LOL, I don't know. But I think there's justice here. Jealous girl started a fight, she got what was coming to her. Pity, she should have thought better and researched Chris, she's a brown belt. hehehe I love this story to bits. That's why jealous girls should act cooler, don't just slap any one. Jealous girls should be reasonable, behave well and confront the boyfriend, not do acts that will later on reflect badly on them and even humiliate them. Lesson learned! Your views?

Jealous girl acted instinctively on impulse. For slapping Chris, she got a bleeding nose in return. She should fight back. A bleeding nose is nothing when someone is really. If JG's fighting ability isn't at par with that of Chris, she should accept her defeat and ask forgiveness. Chris should accept JG'forgiveness and explain she and her boyfriend aren't related but playmates for the video game tekken.

For health reason, the 3 of them should learn to forgive, forget bitterness or not to harbor them in their hearts. Keeping anger isn't sound.

I don't know what happened afterwards. All of this is based from the story that was told to me by Chris's sister. They are all well though I can't say if the jealous girl ever got over it.

Yeah! The jealous girl has no good excuse to slap someone out just because she is jealous. I think some civilized conversation between the three of them would have been enough to resolve the misunderstanding. That would also avoid trouble and embarrassment on her part.

I agree that the girlfriend was over reacting with her actions. However, it wasn't also right for Cris to throw a punch on the girl. I think martial arts teaches one to use their skill only when necessary. I don't think that situation called for it.

Maybe so! haha, you know martial arts people tend to have bodies that move on their own. She was shocked to so reflexes like punching happens. I also forgot to tell that Chris also kicked some pick-pocket one day. She was scared and then her reflex was to kick. The guy was thrown a few feet away and ran for his life, scared too. It was an act of self-defence and I am sure self-defence was also the reason why she punched that girl.

I think she should be more responsible with her so-called "reflexes". It may not pass self-defense. On the movies, I would notice martial artists think before they leap. And, if it's self defense, they won't throw a punch or a kick.

Exactly- lesson learned. Jealousy should be deal with a cool mind. It's normal to get jealous, but it's bad to hurt people without confirmation. I guess the girl deserve what she had- she did it first and I cannot blame your friend for what she did as well. lols.

Jealous girls who can't control themselves are just... not sexy to me. I would dump a girl like that immediately. Exactly! A cool and calm mind! My boyfriend once told me that he's more worried of a jealous girl who is cold to him, wouldn't speak to him than a girl who is all fired up and scolding him over something.

Excessive love can indeed cause much problems. Among blind jealous attitude, if not addressed will certainly have an impact on people involved. In this case, this jealous girl has gotten her lesson from her actions. If she jealous of this Chris who got close to her boyfriend, she should ask and confront her boyfriend to make sure of everything, now that she has gotten bloody nose, she has her lesson. Reasonable jealousy is the spice in romance but jealousy in wrong place could make trouble.

I agree random. I really don't think she should be jealous of Chris because Chris has no interest in having relationship with boys. Did I mention that she's also never had a boyfriend? She is very friendly and mostly get along with guys. I don't blame Chris either. If that girl knew what Chris was like she wouldn't have been jealous unless if she's just irrational and hates other girls being with her man. I don't think girls who love their men would do what she did, this is not an act of love but of possessiveness. Girls like that don't think ahead, what an awful lot.

I have watched that learning martial arts must not be used to bully others. It's for self defense. So I guess it's ok if she defended herself. If I her Chris, I will also not just stand there but will also react the way she does. Lesson learned for jealous girl who wants to make a scene.

Yes, I hate those jealous drama queen so, for me, Chris is a heroine! haha! I think she did what is right, there are times when martial arts can be useful. Chris is not a bully at all. She is very kind, funny and friendly. She has lots of friends and she never hurts them. But she doesn't tolerate someone who starts a fight with her. She defended herself naturally. She's not a bully, but she won't tolerate someone bullying her either.

I think Chris dont have nothing to do with it. The jealous girl slapped her, and this is callled self defens. She should slap her boyfriend, because he is the one who choose to

Knowing Chris, indeed she was innocent. Chris is not interested in relationship with boys but she is friendly. In this case, Chris and the guy have a common interest in games so they hang out a lot. I don't see anything wrong with that. The guy is not cheating at all, in my opinion. Which is why the impulse of the jealous girl is out of line. And even when he cheated, then the girl still shouldn't have acted rashly. See what happened!

Wow, that is really a story that I will remember whenever a girl get jealous... I think the girl sure have a quarrel with her boyfriend after that incident. A lesson she has learned for herself and others too. However, jealousy is dangerous too where there are people who acted beyond rational!

haha! It was one of my favourite stories ever! Actually, the jealous girl and her guy broke up. She was dumped by her boyfriend. What a shame. I would hate to be in her place. There is no justified action in her suddenly attacking a girl she is jealous of.
