pleasing personality matters in job application?

What does really pleasing personality matters mean? For me, pleasing personality means a person whose approachable. Welcoming. Willing to help, good mannered and also beautiful. I got a friend in college. She graduated in a bachelor course for 4 years. She is so happy that she finally graduated but she never been hired til now. I admit, she is quite a plus size woman but she is smart. She is still applying for a job till now, I'm proud of her she didn't give up. I hope not all companies will hire persons based on looks. If its just a normal job not a modelling or so on. Did you encounter somethin like that or your friends?

Well, according to me , pleasing personality symbolizes a cheerful personality.A person who can smile and carry on despite failures or hurdles is something we can classify as pleasing personality.Its a sort of personality which helps in spreading happiness or calm around us.There are so many factors involved in a pleasing personality.Good manners,proper etiquette,courage, cheerfulness are some of the important things i guess for a pleasing personality.I do not think its easy being a pleasing personality. For your friend, i guess she need to understand what exactly is not helping her.It could be either her preparedness for the interview or something wrong in the job application.Personality comes to picture in the last rounds of many interviews.But, well i like the fact she did not give up despite the obstacles.That shows her perseverance and her determination to succeed.Hope she will get a great job in future.Thanks!

I think, if you are going for an interview you should be dressed according to the situation. Yes pleasing personality do matters in job application. Confidence is the second most important thing. They really want to see if you can help their organization in moving forward and one interview is enough in deciding it. I think one should have the ability to express himself to the audience.

Well, I think it is important to also watch how you look when looking for work. You have to come dressed for the occasion and it would help a lot too if you watch your weight because these people think that overweight people move slow and take breaks so many times. A pleasing personality is the sum total of a person's personality and looks is just a part of it.
