Summoned for Frustrated Murder

I had thought helping my brother out of his misery was going to be easier, because he has started to reach out to me. However, I didn't imagine his life was worse than I thought. We chat on FB the other day and he told me he wants to blotter a certain lady who has been stalking him. Apparently he had an affair with this girl, but they weren't dating, and now, the girl won't let him go. He said they had a fight one day, and the girl scratched his face badly, and he got a few more scratches on his back. So, he wants to let the authorities know about this, and help him stop the girl from stalking him. However, just tonight, my cousin informed my mother, that there is a case filed against him for frustrated murder and kidnapping. Now, I don't know what's true, but I have to find out and I need to help my brother recover from this before it's too late. I hope God will enlighten and guide us on this issue

Hi jure.
You should accompany you brother in police station to blotter what happened. You need to do it!!! He have scratches in his body too, right? I am sorry to hear this. I hope he isn't becoming worsed. Whatever the truth is, I believe that you should be there for him.Find things on how to help him regarding the case. Be ready for counter affidavits, court gearings, bail bonds, etc.. Maybe you should start looking for a lawyer now. 
In the process if the case will go to court, there is still mediation so that both parties could talk about the matter.
I hope that by sharing, you feel in a way okay about this. I don't know what to say more but I really hope you will settle all the things that you have at hand..

Thanks for following my posts on this problem I have with my brother. I hope it was that easy to help him. But, I also have my 2 kids to look after, 1 is 4 years old and the youngest at 7 months. So, I can't just leave them in the house while I attend to a 29-year old's problem. I don't have a nanny anymore, and I hope he'd understand my situation. Afterall, he's the one making all those problems to himself.

I think that you posted this same discussion elsewhere, friend.
You have to tell us why is he accused of that and how could a man have so many scratched from a woman. You haven`t given us enough details to ponder about them and try to help.

The post was deleted. When I first wrote this, I accidentally submitted it without finishing it, so I reported it to be deleted. And, I reposted the complete version. Apparently, they also deleted it due to duplicate posting. So, that is why I posted this again. I hope they won't delete it anymore. Maybe you saw the first post before they deleted it.

And, oh, by the way, a little history on the issue. My brother had an affair with this older lady at 36, and he's 29. According to him, the lady got hysterical over an argument and he tried to stop her from going out of the apartment without resolving the issue. And, the girl started throwing scratches on him. The lady also claimed that my brother held a knife in front of her so she won't move.
His case is not a minor problem, so be very careful.@jureathome (5361)

We were able to talk with the person who filed the case, and she said she already forgot about it. She only did it to threaten my brother. She's a beatch!
