It Came!

Yay! By now you probably have it all up and running. I hate it when I have to use a different browser than firefox. It has been a long time since I have had to. I used to do some work for this one company that would not use any other browser than IE. I really hated it when I had to do their reports. I was always afraid my computer would seize up before I could get the report uploaded.

Congrats! I prefer Firefox over other browsers, too. And IE really, really stinks. I love home delivery. We have snow up the wazoo, too, although not as bad as they said it would be. Fearing the worst, I ordered dog food just in case and now I don't even have to travel to the store for it--the mail person will bring it to my door! Have fun with your new computer!

congretz.. on your new computer.. i just got mine 2 month ago and its amazing that once you get your computer after 2-3 month its really old and you feel like you lost a bet.. and again-have fun

Congrats on the new computer. Hope you get the bugs worked out soon. I'm kind of mad at mine today. I came home with two camera disks from two different cameras full of pictures, and iPhoto couldn't seem to read the disks to get the photos imported. I tried both the card reader on my monitor and the one that hooks up to my USB and I kept getting the error message. I knew the files were on the disk because I could view them on my camera. I managed to get one disk imported in a round about way, but not the other. Finally, when all else failed, I tried the cable that came with the camera, and that worked. Thank goodness! I had visions of all those pictures I took not being able to get only my computer. I can't believe that two different card readers are both non-functional and that two disks are bad on the same day. They are the same ones I imported pictures from two days before the trip. So it makes me believe something is wrong with iPhoto. But at least the pictures are now on the computer. I would have hated to lose them. Guess I'll have to call tech support soon, and I think I also need to take the computer in and double my memory. Hope you'll soon be able to use your new computer the way your want. What kind did you get?
