Will Britney Spears Be Fired From Judging X Factor Season 3?

Have you heard?
News is buzzing that Britney Spears may not be judging for the show next season next year (2013). One of the reasons being that she is boring which is affecting the rating's decline this season.
To be fair, I believe she had done pretty well considering that her prodigy Carly Soneclare, actually lasted to the top 3 with Tate Stevens and Fifth Harmony. I don't know decisions are made and will eventually be but I don't think it is being fair here. The other probability is L.A. Reid who had been forthright with his departure since season 2 to concentrate on his duties as music executive. Britney's likely replacement is rumored to be Kate Moss.
So X-factor fans, are you glad to see Britney Spears go?

I didn't watch this season because of Britney and Demi. I don't like Britney at all and I didn't believe Demi had enough time in the business to be judging anyone. So I decided not to watch. Now if they get rid of Demi I might consider watching again but it would depend on the new judge. I only really like Simon, but I was so upset with him for getting rid of Paula Abul.
