Wal mart wrecked my pictures

On my trip to cancan I purchased 3 underwater disposable cameras since I was going to see the underwater museum. Upon my return I took my cameras to be developed at wal mart. I did the one hour delivery but after two hours they told me they hadn't finished and to come back the next day. They refused to tell me any info. I went back the next day and found out that I was sent home cause the person did not want to tell me to my face what had happened to my pictures. Apparently the machine wasn't working properly but she tried to put my pictures in anyway. She ruined the first cameras pictures by doing this. Then she though she would try again, then again until she ruined all 3 sets of pictures. I was so angry I have no pictures to show of my trip what so ever. I can understand after the first time but stop there and get the machine fixed before you ruin the rest of my pictures.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Oh my goodness, i can understand how u must have felt then and i think u should relax and do not stress yourself by thinking about the same every time. i think these people should be sued in such cases for they do not know how to deal with the gadgets and the customers. This is not the way to handle the customers and i think u should get a new camera and forget the past happenings.
