Starring Freddie Highmore as young Norman Bates...it's a mini series i guess- just 4 eps..The show will try to show us how Bates' psyche developed from when he was a teen. Kind of a prequel to Psycho..how his mother, Norma, and her lover damaged Norman.. i am quite excited for this, since i love the actor playing Norman.. i do love backstories, of how psychos became what they are.

I am not really sure- but the duration is 60 minutes per episode. 
So it may be sort of like it, although Sherlock was like it was a movie every episode- they were god though.
