An error message while restarting my desktop using with windows xp!

Some times i am getting trouble with my pc regarding some exception error...
The message i am getting is like this.....
1. Windows - Drive not Ready
2. Exception processing message cooooa3 parameters 75b6bf7e 475b6b f7e 75b6bf7e
Below this message it is displaying 3 buttons they are...
1. cancel 2. try again 3. continue
among them of above which button have i to press to get a good condition?
Actually why this type of error am i getting frequently?
Is is viral problem or other one? I want a brief lesson about this issue please!

Hi there.
The parameters you get with the error message might change every time you get this error. I used to get such errors and i used to select 'cancel'.
I am not a computer expert to give you a proper solution on this. But what i did was installed 'CCleaner' and got rid of temporary files and unwanted registries.
Now i don't get such errors anymore..
