How to Avoid This Flu Now?

It is worse than I thought. I just heard now that the flu has been rampant in my own town here in this state. Over 500 people admitted to hospitals, including an infant. I think it is time to put me and my family into a bubble to protect outselves from this lousy illness. 
I can't afford another hospital visit, please pray we don't get that here. My parents are elderly and can't get something as bad as that. 
I am deathly afraid cause my immune system is supposed to be compromised alittle. My brother brings all the colds into the house, though. It sounded like he had one yesterday in fact. 
I am going to try to take some extra doses of Vit C and D and see if that helps. Also some other things. How else can I help to keep away from the Flu?

You are on the right track, extra dosage of vit c and D will help.take a lot of rest and to exercise to strenghten your immmune system.You may also spray lysol to disinfect your house to kill viruses that cause common colds.
