Ya, it takes me a while to figure things out too. I had to do some exploring around this website to figure other stuff too. I just like to use emoticons too. I don't really use them that much anyway in my everyday life and for typing. But if it really does help with you being about to communicate better on Mylot then I say you go ahead and keep doing it.

My wandering hands have long seen those emoticons way before I was even allowed to use them! But really, a post/response looks livelier whenever we use an emoticon or two.

It's funny, I've been late too in figuring out how this thing works. I did not noticed that button before. I just start a discussion about it and someone teach it to me.

Wow! Very strange to me. When my first week here I was thinking about the emoticons found in some members post so I ask other members how can I have my own. In your case, seems funny to think but if you are serious no problem. Sometimes, we miss alot of things here because of our laziness. Even me tired of reading the guidelines, with that reason I lost several of my post before but not now.

We can use emoticon when our user rating more than 200. I know this before my user rating reach 200. First time i join here i have seen mylot codes but in that time i think it is some kind of a code but i know it later because i see someone ask about this code. Yeah that very nice if we use emoticon in our post.

Where on the side are they listed? I'm at work right now and on my tablet, so they may not be visible for me. But I didn't see them on my desktop either. I've been wondering how to use them too.
