There are so many commercials on tv that it's crazy! The one I particularly am tired of is the Progressive Insurance with Flo. I'm actually tired of seeing her face every time I change a channel. Sometimes when it's on I will turn the channel and guess what? There she is again! It seems I can't get rid of her no matter what channel I am watching. Do you see a lot of Progressive commercials and are tired of them? Is there another commercial your tired of? Thank God for cable!

I hate the Gekko commercials. How did he go from being someone answering wrong numbers to being the spokesman for the company? And I'm tired of his stupid accent.

You become really surprised as to how many commercials and how much time they take up when you use a DVR and fast forward through them or when you watch a show on Netflix and see how many minutes the episode is.

I've noticed that. A movie that says it's 90 long usually ends up to be about an hour and the rest is commercials that I've skipped over.

At least things have changed with made for TV movies and cable TV channels. In the past when TV networks showed theatrical release movies, they sometimes had to cut the movies down to fit them into 2 hour time slots. Also, they had to break into movies for commercials. Made for TV movies are designed to have breaks for commercials and filmed to fit into specific time frames. Cable channels, at least most of the time will run complete movies although they still have to fit in their commercials.

the one i really hate is the doritos commercial where the dog obviously killed the cat and bribes the owner. as much as i did like doritos, that pisses me off to the point where i won't buy them.

When commericals come on I mute the TV and usually walk away. I hate commericals that is why we love watching movies instead. There is no interruptions and if you need to get a snack or go to the bathroom you can pause the movie. Its the best! Watching regular TV can be so annoying especially when one show has so many commericals. I know the commerical you are talking about but like I said I don't sit and watch them. What I don't understand is how they can continuely show the same commericals time and time again.

I know...why the same commercials every 10-15 minutes? I usually use that time to go to the bathroom or get something to eat. I also watching movies or tv series on demand. i'm so sick of commercials of any kind.

Actually, I don't like TV commercials as they are interrupting my favourite shows. Sometimes, somewhere when it comes to the most exciting part of the show, suddenly, the commercial just appeared. I was like, 'Oh, man...What a blockage!'. Moreover, there are some commercials that have bad influences to the children. That is the problem with commercials. Those commercials shouldn't be put up at all. On the other hand, the good thing to have commercials in between the shows is that it gives us time to do our own work and then come back to the show. Not only that, we can take it as an exercise. When commercial time, we just get up and do our work. When the commercials are over, we get back to our seat.
