Cheapskate

The guy that bought my last house in Manitoba was the cheapest guy I know. I had planted about 30 different fruit trees on the property and before the closing and his possession of the house he was going around town trying to sell the trees. I was so disappointed I had worked hard on all of that. This guy was known in town as a cheap person always trying to sell anything to make extra cash but trees, come on

You chose to sell the house to him, and you knew his reputation. You could have chosen another buyer--or elected not to sell the property, since you had put in so much work on the property. It is now his property.

In your eyes it's a cheap guy. You say you already know that so why did you sell your house to a person like that? What did cost you a lot of work (the trees, perhaps the house) where you did invest a lot of work and love in, ísn't necessary the same to others. You can't blame anyone not liking your trees or garden or house. It's not yours anymore so despite of everything you should let it go. The ones who owns it now can do with it as he likes. He can even burn it down and build something new. I can understand you are disappointed but this is the way it is (and happens over here nearly Always.).
