count not consume more water since one year / myLot

Hi mylot friends, You are aware that since 5 years, I am consuming 3 ltrs water in winter season and 4 ltrs water in Summer season. But from last year it is difficulty to to me consume more than 1 ltr a day, because I am not at Hyderabad it is some what cold place than my native place Kadapa. If I consume more water I have to release the urine for every half hour and it is also expensive to purchase mineral water at city,So what to do now suggest me.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i can understand your situation very well and i think there is no point when u say that u cannot drink water just because u have to go for urine frequently. Water is precious and the more u drink water the more it is beneficial for u. So dont have such thoughts and keep drinking water or else get a drinking water filter. What say?

Hi Subhojit, Thanks for the response, what you suggest is right. If I change my place, then I think I may consume more water just like what I am consuming in previous years. Because that is hot place than Hyderabad so more water can be consumed, while at Hyderabad due to climatic conditions I could not consume more water, have a nice day.
