I saw a pic of these creatures on facebook apparently there are people who possibly keep these giant pill bug looking aquatic creatures as a pet?!?!? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giant_isopod IDK about you all but I thought it was a pic on FB of giant lobster tails but no something more strange. I can't phantom keeping that as a pet since I'd imagine it would have an unusual diet and container to keep them in... let alone how to interact with it.
Do you or have you known anyone that has kept an unusual creature as a pet?

Looks gross to me! I can't imagine having one as a pet. I wouldn't want one in the house at all. But then, I think snakes and rats are gross pets, too.
My brother in law has a pet pig. I guess that's not that unusual any more, but his is a full grown pink momma pig.

That sure looks a bit creepy and weird, I don't think I can keep one like that either. I prefer the prettier looking ones.
I know someone who has a guinea pig that looked like a rug because it's hair was so long, she enters them in pageants.
