Do you get angry at big companies?

Sometimes big companies make me so angry. I just got a new internet company when we moved into this place. There bill schedule is so backwards, and there are always hidden fees. Now a basic internet bill from Time Warner Cable is ridiculously high. I'm going to check and see if I can find something else because I'm so sick of them. The last internet service I had was absolutely great. My bill was the same every month, for almost two years. Unfortunately they aren't able available in my new area. Now I have to deal with this ridiculous company that charges hidden fees, and always tries to make an excuse. I do not like to do business with companies that do not treat their customers right. So if I can find a different one I'm switching as soon as possible and would never recommend them to anyone.

Angry with big companies? I would have to disagree with explanation. Now I have seen to get better service with big companies and better assistant with problems. I remember a new internet company came to me to switch to their company, and it came to me what about in the storms when light poles and such usually get destroyed, how long would such a small company take to fix any problem? I think for ever because of the lack of funds, and sometimes the inexperience of the people. What I do have to agree with you on though is that I hate when big companies act smart. Too smart. You know some companies is like giving you the soft shoulder, if I have a problem they aren't so willing to help because the money I spend to be a customer hardly contribute to their company comparing to other large customers. I hate those big company that think they can treat the little people like rubbish because they hardly are contributing to the company. I hope they realize though that if every small customer stop used their services, the small amount of big customers wont sustain them. I just hate those hype companies. And it also go to those hidden fees thing. They think they can fool everybody and get away, and because they have a big name they feel we will stay no matter what. I just hate those stuff. At the end of it all though I cant generally blame big companies or small companies because every company is different. The best way to criticize is specifically. Because some big companies are the best, while others are the worst. I really hope though that you can sort out your problem with Time Warner Cable. And I hope they show good customer service while they are at it. You shouldn't have to pay for something that wasn't bold in the agreement in my opinion. I hate fine print.

I'm glad to hear that for the most part you don't have problems with big companies. But unfortunately for me I have come to see that a lot of big companies try to rip off their customers. And right now I should be viewed as a big customer because I'm paying close to a $100.00 a month for my internet bill. Some how they say that I missed one payment and then they have charged me eight dollars in late fees since that one bill. Even though on my account it said that it was a one time late fee. They charged my account each time they printed a bill. And they aren't going to fix it so I'm going to have to pay it until I can find another internet service. Like I said early with the smaller company I didn't have any problems with them. The price was the same every month. Now I will never recommend Time Warner to anyone and I. And I will soon take some time and see what other small companies are available that I can use. Because I will drop this company so fast. My husband even said that their billing is set up to cause you to get behind. I had him look at it and the price they on what I owed was inaccurate. They hadn't added the other late charge so if I were to send out that payment it wouldn't be paid in full so then there would be another late charge. Even though it is their bill that isn't accurate. It makes me beyond angry.

yes, the hidden fees get me angry. i think one valuable lesson is the customer will always win if they have a choice other then the ones that are not as good. those companies just need to be around. better yet, if you have the resources and the idea then start such a company. i can think of one now such as cable companies. the cable package forces people to buy all channels or none at all. that's terrible for customers. its basically a monopoly.

Yeah it is ridiculous the way that they work. I'm glad that I do not have a phone, or cable bill with this company. I could only imagine how high my bill would be then. I will have to do my homework and see what other companies are around here. Because this company is just plan ridiculous. I will not do business with them if I don't have too and I will not recommend them to anyone either.

I do not like big company. The process in a big company is usually bureaucratic. It is too complicated that you can not finish it in a short time. People in a big company are always arrogant, they look down upon other people.

I agree with you. I'm so frustrated with this company that I do not even know where to begin. I just hate the fact that so many companies try and take advantage of their customers. It is so unfair. And I would rather give my money to a different company. I will soon have to take more time and do a through search into internet companies in my area.

I do get angry at them like you did. One reason I filed a complaint is a big company that manufacture instant shower heater. Though I have a warranty, they kept on repairing the stuff to no avail instead of replacing it. So, if I get angry at the government for re-concreting newly paved roads, what more to a big company?

Yeah that would make me angry too. Things like that are so frustrating. Because we just want to be treated fairly. Just like everyone else. Companies don't like other companies or clients to take advantage of them. So why wouldn't we want to have the best services at the right price every time. I'm hoping to find a new internet company. Because I really don't like this and don't want to do business with them either.

Yes big companies sometimes really irritate me so much especially in the electricity or communication industry. But I have no choice because in my country those industry all are monopoly company I just need to get used to them.

Yeah I understand what you mean. It makes me very upset as well. That is how I feel with this internet service. It was hard trying to get any type of internet service in my area. But I hope that I will be able to find something else because I do not want to stick with this company. I just don't like giving my money to companies that try and rip me off.

Yes, I am so angry with the electric company that we have, because we are paying much on electricity already and yet their commercials are about spending more electricity. They lavishly spending a lot of electricity during christmas season lighting the entire season, and we pay so much electric bill. While they were doing that an ordinary household can not even have one christmas light on the christmas tree such weird and so tiring. This company is really terrible however we can not do anything about it because we need electricity and they monopolized the industry.

Yeah I understand what you mean. It is so sad that most of the time when things like this happen we just have to end up dealing with it. Because either there is no way around it or our account will have more late fees or charges. I just don't like that so many big companies do this to their customers.

I only get angry or mad at big companies when they are dpong something that takes something away from me that I have worked hard for. Sometimes major companies don't look out for the little guy like they promise. If they would be fair and equal in their business dealings than things would run so much smoother.

Yes,I do much of the time. I don't like it when they add in charges that I don't understand or that they probably make up just to make extra money. Our power and water providers have extra charges which are making our bills really high. When I asked what all of those strange initials were for, they'd give ridiculous reasons that is why I really hate them. It's like stealing the consumers blind.

Yeah I understand what you mean. This company is really getting on my nerves. My bill is suppose to only be $45.00 a month. And yet I'm paying $100. If I don't pay what is on my bill they charge my account $8.00 each time the bill is printed. I'm just sick of all of their excuses. I hope to find another internet company. Because I work hard for my money and do not need to be paying it for something that isn't part of my deal. It is just overwhelmingly annoying.

Yeah I know what you mean. But this is the company itself. They are really ripping me off and I hope that I will be able to find a different company. And if I don't pay what is on the bill then they will charge me $8.00 in late fees each time the bill is printed. So I just have to pay this ridiculous amount until I'm able to find a different company. No body wants to pay that much when it isn't part of their plan with the company.
