Today I am very angry. The phone that I brought in for repair service, I have not been repaired, and what's more I had to pay € 15 because I refused the repair fee. But as I could not accept a figure of € 250, when the new phone cost me 200? Mala organization to be screwed we are always and only us poor public citizens!

Wow!! didn't your phone still covered under warranty? if it isn't i guess that is why you had to pay for the service fee. but i think 15bucks should be okay.. and you have every right to be angry and deny the service provider in paying them the initial amount! that is really too much and if a new phone costs only 200 why would they even dare 250?! are they insane!! that is really scam.

Well, they probably could not repair the phone for free, as it had been removed warranty seals. However, what has bothered me, to have to pay € 15 for a repair that was not done. The service ok, but such a charge seems unfair.

Hi alberello, Yes most repair shops will tell you what the charges are before they check it or repair it. Didn't they tell you what charges they will levy if you do not want to proceed with the repair of the phone after the check and repair cost is known? If they didn't then you have a right to refuse payment and get your phone back. You can seek legal help maybe a consumer association or something like that if they refuse to return your phone or make you pay.

well, it was probably misunderstood the speech that I would have to pay a deposit of € 15 if I had refused to repair out of warranty. However, it seems unclear service and especially not correct.
