"A group of marooned space travelers struggle for survival (against those alien vs predator looking things that fly) on a seemingly lifeless sun-scorched world." it was a fun watch, i finally watched the prequel of Riddick. It was quite exciting, since the predators were scary and i liked some of the characters too. You never know how it'll end. But of course,i was sure Riddick survives since i saw the sequel first.

I saw that movie when it was first coming out back in the early 2000s, and I really loved it. It was before Vin Diesel was anything big, and I felt like his part was one of the easier ones to play in the movie... kinda funny looking back now that he's such a big celebrity. The movie was awesome, with the direction of this small group being stuck on a planet where the bad guys come out at night. Really freaky, really fun, and you can't help but love the super villain who comes out to help in the end. I never heard about the sequel coming out for these ones, but I'm looking forward to seeing it!
