I really regret taking an exam today on odesk. I know I should not have when I was barely able to concentrate. For some reason my mind feels very tired and annoyed by a lot of things going on around the house.
My family was of no help at all. My younger sister keeps yelling, my mother keeps commanding, my father turns on the speakers to the highest volume playing rock music and our neighbor and her baby comes for a visit! All of this happening at once while I am taking a test.
Now I lost so much time and concentration because of these things. next time I am taking an exam at odesk. I'll make sure to isolate myself until the end of the exam.
Argh, now that I think about it, everything sounded so funny. Geez I got a below average score, I am so annoyed.

A bad workman always complains about his tools and the environment around him for his poor performance!

That's true. Haha! But I am still awesome.
It was a stupid move of mine to take a test when I am not totally in good condition. I will never do this again.

What kind of test did you take? If it was only the Odesk Readiness Test, you can retake the test anytime you want. Even if you fail again, you can retake it again right away. But if it were other skills text, you need to wait atleast 40 days before they allow you again to take the test.

If you were unable to finish the test at the specified time, then that would surely affect the result. But if you were able to finish in on time and still showed a low score, then it means you had made several mistakes that did not reach the passing mark. Just try to take the exam again after 40 days.

I finished the test within the half of the time alloted. Is a score of 4.1 below average? Because I got a 3.9 but it was labeled above average.

I took the english to tagalog translation exam. I got a below average score though my score was 4.1. I think it has something to do with the time it took me to finish the test?

Thanks! I will study then and prepare more. Then take it a time suitable where there is little to no distractions.

It was a risk I took. I guess I overestimated my concentration abilities. I didn't expect that the distractions would all come at once, it took me off guard and now my test results suffered. I had to keep my score private
I will take a test next time when I am in my best condition. Thanks, ed!

I dont even know where to get or buy ear plugs around here. They seem pricey.

LOL, Oh no I am not a freelancer... yet. I am actually a newbie and I want to try freelancing for fun and for money and for self-improvement. You can try it, too. You might find a skill you are good at and use it to help you earn money online.
