I'm addicted to After Dinner Mints

I keep craving after dinner mints. I buy bags of them that say they contain 9 servings, and I eat the whole bag myself in 2 days. I feel like I want some now and I don't have anymore! Does anyone else have a problem like this, or am I the only one?

Well you know if it is dark chocolate then having a few is actually good for you but it seems you are overdoing it. Off the top of my head one thing you can try to do is drink a glass of water 30 minutes before and maybe that will stop you having so many. Another solution is to just not buy them. If they are not in the house then you won't be tempted. I find I'm not tempted when things like that are not around me

Not chocolate. I'm talking about those tiny pastel colored candies that almost melt in your mouth. I pop three in my mouth at once. They're pastel colors like pink, green, white and yellow.

Ohhhhh! I was thinking the choc kind. Well I guess you have a very sweet tooth! I have hear that if you crave sweets to eat a piece of fruit like an apple or banana, still has sweetness and is better for you. When I'm hungry for a snack I usually try to grab fruit first and not the chips. Maybe try that and drink some water too and then wait and see if you still crave the mints. Maybe if you do you might still only have a few and not the whole lot so quick

You're not the only one. I feel like I always want cookies or cookie dough. And then when it's all gone I'm super sad. Then I just wait for someone to make cookies or for someone to buy cookie dough. And eat it all within a few days again.
