I can't add my adf.ly links

I few days ago I've made an account on adf.ly to shorten my links for twitter. Now I found out that I can make some money from my links, with a traffic exchanger.
I've tried vingler.com and social-media-exchanger.com , but every time I want to add a link at traffic exchange it sends me on a page where it says that I have to wait about 15 seconds,to get my link approved, and after this they send me on my adf.ly link. When I go back to my account to see if they added my link, I see nothing :(.
By mistake, first time I added my links to facebook likes and they appeared at my sites...
Anyone know what my problem can be ?
If not, where I can find good traffic exchange for my adf.ly links :)?
