He shouldn't have lied to her, however. So now I guess he will dump Caroline who shouldn't have been with him anyway but who should have stayed with Thomas. Caroline switched from Thomas back to Rick when Rick fell out of the window and everyone tried to say that Thomas had pushed him when what actually happened was that Rick was the one starting to make it physical and Thomas had just deflected Rick's advance and Rick had fallen out the window. Caroline was there and should have seen what really happened but somehow missed it. So now she will get what she deserves for choosing Rick.
