Arrggggg! what is up with that show? what is up with the A&E channel running it all the time? why on earth did it make it to three seasons? usually, when ever a program is rammed down my throat by a network (the usual thing on tv), i will watch a show to see if at least it's good. it's always dumb, like duck dynasty.

I remember when I first got A & E on cable. The used to show plays or operas on Sunday mornings (not that I watched them.) I still remember waking up in the middle of the night and seeing the movie Quintet by Robert Altman, which has to be Paul Newman's strangest movie.
A & E used to stand for Arts and Entertainment. Shows like Duck Dynasty, Storage Wars Wars, etc. are starting to make the name stand for 'stupidness'.

i have to admit, i love storage wars, it just should be on another network. everything has it's place.

I used to watch Storage Wars but lately I've read that it is faked, which make sense to me because it is very strange that the same people keep showing up every show including the auctioneer. Plus it doesn't make sense that they are always finding strange things that are worth a lot of money. Some of those items are planted by the show. That to mean is a rotten trick because it can encourage people to start trying to buy storage lockers assuming they are going to make a lot of money.

they say alot of idots watch it! i heard 3.9 million people tuned in for the beginning of the season. maybe they were just lying about the numbers to get more viewers.

I have heard of it but have never seen it. I watch so very little tv and have never seen it. Isn't there another channel you could watch or maybe plug in a movie?? I have to say that it isn't really exactly "ramming it down your throat" when you willingly turn it on knowing that is what is on. If everyone stopped watching it then maybe they'd stop running it???

well, they ram it down my throat, because they keep putting it on, making the options of what to watch on tv less. people pay for cable. programming should be better.

I've been seeing this show all over my Roku box. It doesn't look like anything I want to watch. It's a free show, though. I don't know if you're saying it's dumb makes me want to watch it or not:) It just looks like something I should steer clear of, even though I have no clue what it is about from the title alone.

that's another thing! the title makes no sense at all and doesn't give you a clue to how stupid the show is going to be. then again, consider the title...

Well, I personally never watch television. This is despite at home, in the family we have 3 TV sets.
However, I note that many stupid programs, are often proposed and re-proposed, almost non-stop!
For example, at this time my mother and father are watching a show, regularly broadcast every Sunday evening.
For those who are interested, maybe it's also nice. But for other people ... forget it!

I do not have a tv, but have been reading forums and posting on off time, and many people are complaining about the stupid shows A and E is putting out. If you have ever seen the first robocop movie, there was this ongoing gag show, meant to parody our society, called "I'll buy that for a dollar". I think, with shows like duck dynasty, we are heading down that road. I get what you are saying even though I do not own a TV, because people are complaining all the time about it on other entertainment forums. A and E is becoming a laughing stock, and probably laughing all the way to the bank.

yes, i remember when that station had may good provocative and intelligent television shows to watch. now, they seem like they are not even caring about their viewers.
