Investing in the Philippines

I'm quite certain that I'm not the only Filipino around here. I'm hoping we can exchange tips/knowledge on investment opportunities in the country. Times are tough, and I just realized I won't really be making a million with the little I earn from being a regular employee, so instead I'll just try to maximize all available resources. I'm currently researching on ways to make my money grow like stocks, bonds, forex, etc. I found this blog called Pesos and Sense. They teach the basics, and pros and cons of each type of investment. It's pretty helpful, I must say, but it's still not enough information.
