My daughter fainted.

In India it is now too hot,and for kids it is unbearable.My daughter loves to play outside,which I never entertain these days because of the heat.While I was finishing my job on the Internet,she went outside and played for sometime without my knowledge.When I caught her in the act,I rebuked her and brought her in.Then I sat with her and made her study,that is when she fainted.When I took her to the doctor,she was found O.K.She does this fainting act whenever I become strict to her.These days I always allow her to do as she wish,otherwise my husbands blame me for her fainting spell.The doctors said that she will outgrow it,butI am feeling a little tensed about this act of hers.

Maybe take her to a psychologist. They would talk to her about what happens, and maybe she could tell something to the expert. Also, talk to your husband... he may not understand that kids should be educated and raised up well, and this sometimes means that you have to be strict (I don't know about your personal life, but it totally sounds like, for me, the case of the husband working, coming home late, playing for some zuhours with the kid... of course, if he doesn't raise him in that sense of the world, you would seem the too strict one, even if you punish your daughter for her own sake... like, what would your husband say, if your daughter went missing, bc. someone kidnapped her, just because she thought it would be fun to sneak away from you to play outside without any adult guardian?)

We have a huge compound with gates,she was playing inside our compound.Since it is summer in India the heat is terrible,anyway by the grace of God she is fine.My husband never likes my disciplinary measures or strict timings for himself and kid.Anyway She is fine without any problem.

Hi,
children like to play outside. In this hot season playing in scorching heat of sun is very dangerous. Sometimes there are some cases of sunstroke also. So you should be careful for your daughter as she got fainted by the heat. Tell her to play some indoor games so that she would stay in the house only.

Pour a little water over her head and see how long she keeps it up.
