your going to need a lot more than just washing your sheets to get rid of them.....
we got bed bugs from a neighbor of mine and they are not easy to get rid of.
your first step would probably be to call an exterminator and have them come check your place for free (it might be diffrent where you live but they do free evaluations around here) they can then help you from there but it is not cheap at all!! please do not let them lie to you...if it is a really bad case of them then heating is the ONLY way to get rid of them. to do this they heat your whole place. some people here like to use this spray and bed covers. the bed covers are good if they sprayed inside them but still if it doesnt kill them then it just holds them in there. the spray DOESNT work. the heating is really expensive but the only true way to know that you dont have them anymore. the spray did not work. i had to throw my kids beds and my bed away when the spray wouldnt kill them. then i was bed bug free. my neghbors down the road had theirs heated and havent seen them since as far as i know.
im sorry you have them. when we had them it physically drove me crazy!! i hope you are able to get rid of them soon.
hope this helps

It might help if you expose them under the sunlight so somehow they would get out of your bed. But I have found this over the net. I hope this helps you.

bed bugs generally only come out at night and when the lights are off. you will sometimes see some roaming around during the day but not many.
i heard that you can expose them to some really cold temperatures to but i am not sure if that is true or not...
thanks for the link even tho i didnt start the discussion...i am about to check it out now my self for future referance...lets hope i dont need it again!!
