Problem with my online job.

I been working in this Captcha for almost 2 years now. and i encountered no problem with that. I earned from $3-6 a day working with that.and this is my source in my everyday needs.but Just more than a week now that it's hard to earn working with them. it's hard to reach even $3 a day. and yes of of course it affected me a lot especially that from this i earned much money.and also their policies now. They paid much lower now depends upon the Priority(or grade) level of a worker.If you are excellent then it's only you can earn $1 per 1k of correct pictures done. and if you made many mistake your priority will be lower. in a normal priority lets say about 4 or 5 where you can make error you can earn about $.75 per 1k of pictures.so imagine that it will give more time and more work to earn $3 to type and plus slower pictures. In my case,since I am old member so I am included to those who have been given a privileges to have a pix payment of $1 per 1000 captcha even my priority level is 5.also they give additional bonus if I reached $3 I always been given a bonus of %10 of that.(since before it's old management is from India , now it's under European countries (cause their using GMT+00 time and their flag of English which I seen. but then since captcha now is slower. I need to act and hunt again. It's time to think of some work online job now if I wouldn't find any other job which has similar earnings. offline job really seem so difficult to find as what I have discuss it's a competition here. plus the age limit is really strict. Gladly at least answering a survey in one site that gives me only $3-6 dollars a month(minus about 15% of deduction from pay pal)the other site will took about a year before you can cash out and that is through voucher like the one in my photos and the other the check which I supposed to received in the month of may since it took 4-8 weeks to received after cash out and yes it takes a year before I reached their minimum payment .and another legit sites which helps me now to add on my needs I found here in my lot which gives me $10+ a month.Now I reached my minimum I am about 10.57 So I will be expecting another payment in April .This will be my second payment here in my lot( with no deduction). For now This . How about you guys do you really have an online job which 'surely' gives you fix income.
