Since we will be under new management in due and back to start of service again, there are lots of questions and inquiries into some matters that concern us, employees. Store managers of our different branches here in the metro will come over to clarify and discuss some issues regarding this situation as of the moment.First will be the six month work probation that we will have, tenure of service will be back to zero and the right payment for the service that we have. According to some sources from other branches, they will come over to talk about the issues and speak up for rights that we have as employees.I do hope that everything will be okay, conversation will be lead into something good and what is right. I hoping and praying for that, great result in the end.

It's a good thing that the new management is trying to connect with the former employees to know some issues that needs to be given attention. Just keep on doing well in your job, pray and hope that everything will work out right for everybody.

Well the managers came over to talk with our present management. Regarding the new management that will take over by May, no conversation as of the moment. Our boss here in the offie will have talk with them on Monday. Meeting that will tackles things that might happened and discuss some issues that the employees are worrying and thinking about. We will just waiting for the latest update by Monday.

Hey ardoy, I am following your previous posts and also replied into them about the situation at your work. I thought they told you guys that the probation period will only be for 3 months? Well, whatever the outcome of the discussion, I do hope you guys get the fair treatment. Especially those who have been there for a long time. I am sure that you will be able to turn in the same or if not better work like you usually do even before the merger. I hope they realize that and place some value in it.

During their first announcement telling that everything will be just the same, quite assurance that no one should be rattled. Then there are some hearsay that we will be under probation yet they said that it was not true. Then eventually a letter from the owner's attorney came out telling what's gonna happened, there was sentence their that employees will be as is and with their current salary however will undergo probation which we thought for six month, eventually when the new management admin hr came over the office last Friday, they discuss that it will be just 3 months to determine if we passed the their standard and evaluation. Our position here in the head office is so vital, we stayed here for several years so we already know and best in our works, but what if they just don't get us and just hired new people whom they could pay in lower salary. Those are some of the dilemma that we facing as of the moment.

That what I am hoping as well. As days goes by and getting nearer to the new management that we will have, there are speculations we heard, rules that they says and announcements that were quite different from the first announcement that they have said to us.People are quite bothered on what's gonna happened to us by May.
