Branding is not only for products. Even for services you can establish and maintain your brand. I am happy to know that my friends are signing up their kids to my workshop this summer. Participants the previous summer are also coming back so it feels good to know that they feel that they are spending their time productively on summer. I am giving my best in everything I do and I see to it that kids improve their confidence level after the workshop. What is important in this kind of enterprise is being able to sustain it by getting loyalty from people who know and believe in what you are doing. I do not know how many more summers I can do this but I hope to continue to do this for as long as I live. Does it sound eerie? Anyway, I am sure you also follow a certain brand when it comes to service. You go back to people who give you good service, don't you?

It must be a great feeling for you to that there are regulars now at your workshops! You must work really hard and well for that! I, of course, prefer and go back to those services where I'm treated right and where the service is appropriate, but I like experimenting, I guess - to an extent. After a while, if I find the best among like 10 others, I won't try out others...

That is usually the tendency of people---to stick to that brand that gives me satisfaction.

Exactly and I am a strong believer of word of mouth too, I remember in customer services, if you do a good job for someone, they will tell their friends and family, if you do a bad job, they will tell the world. Which is a shame. If you can build up loyalty as well as confidence in people and that they start to believe in you, you can be successful and it's like building trust, so that they will continue using you and your services.

Once I get to know a certain brand that I know can provide me what I needed and they give excellent service, I always come back for them. It is very rare that I will switch to another company unless that the previous brand/company have failed me.

Hi Jenny! Yes, that is the nature of customers. They stick to companies that satisfy their needs. As a freelance businesswoman who provides help to students and parents, it is important that you gain their trust not only for a certain period but forever.

I am a person who would buy again a product if i have proven it good. So with services, i would always go back to have their services again if they are good at it and if their clerks are accommodating and makes you feel important. Sometimes there maybe some new ones in the market of the same item and i would try them. But then when it cannot surpass my former brand , i would definitely go back to my former brand.

Yeah I certainly follow a certain brand when it comes to service. There is this bike mechanic that I go to whenever my bicycle needs some repairs, since not only he's a good mechanic, he's kind and not greedy. Also, there is bicycle supply shop that I really trust since they always give me a discount whenever I buy something. In my opinion great customer service is the most important because even a great product is disappointing if it has poor customer support/service.

That is what I mean here---customer service should have a plus like what you said kindness and ungreediness.
