Virginia creeper problem

Hello everybody.i have recently discovered that the Virginia creeper coming from my neighbors back yard has been choking my cedar trees. I am in the process of sending the demons into the abyss but my trees are dying at the top. Is there anyway to revive the poor things? Also I have noticed vines in my front bush. Could they be under my house? And could they destroy my foundation? I will gladly kill everything except the trees and bush to eliminate this evil... Please help. Thank you for your vigilance... I should also mention my wife has a garden near the danger zone she is quite fond of
