I read some news that Harvard research links fluoridated water to ADHD, mental disorders There has bee news about the health porblems that fluoride can cause, both for children and adults. I have avoided fluoride during the latest years. There is some info about distilled water among the answers.. It seems that rain water is better than tap water, and still has to be distilled..
