Could not find any message

hi Mylot friends, When I login to my lot account, I have find a red mark with 1 (me) tab and the same red mark on messages tab on left side of the page. To my surprise when i have clicked the message tab, but nothing was come-out on the page and the same red dot is appearing on me and on messages tabs also, Why it is not working or not showing any message to me?
