Why do I require a bathroom exhaust fan?

It has been a trend nowadays setting up an exhaust fan in bathroom. But, if I already have a ventilation, why do I need an exhaust fan in bathroom? Is it making any difference?

Yeah, it makes difference, exhaust fans help to eliminate moisture problems. When people take showers and baths, moisture gets pumped into the air, which can cause mold and humidity.
