Amazing site is it worth?

Hi Mylot friends, Now itself I have seen this Amazing site in facebook, that they are offering to win $1000 worth executive business launch kit. When I have searched about this site, they asking us to build an application to earn money not downloading the application. I have not understand about this site, please share your experience about this site

It really sounds as if you should ignore it, especially if you have no skills in writing apps!
