All income is taxable

Of course I am directing this to the USA folks! Hopefully you already realize it, but every penny you earn, online or elsewhere, is taxable and must be declared. Whether you earn a $5 Amazon gift card, or you make $20 at Persona Paper, or $10 here - it is all taxable income.
Uncle Sam is watching whether we like it or not....
I keep a spreadsheet and every time I made money from Swagbucks, or any other place, I enter it and by tax time I have all the information I need in one spot.

Not everyone...If you make under a certain amount, you don't have to declare.

Strictly speaking, Abby is right. ALL income is declarable for tax. It is up to the tax office to deduct any allowances and to charge you tax on the balance (if any). I don't believe that you will find anywhere in the tax laws of ANY country where it says that you don't need to declare it if it's under a certain amount!
Of course, in reality, there are many people who risk it, knowing that the people who are paying them don't have to tell Inland Revenue if they aren't paying out more than (I believe) $600 a year to you. It's still YOUR responsibility, however, to declare ALL of your income, regardless of whether Inland Revenue know about it or not.

@AbbyGreenhill My theory is input everything, and let TurboTax sort it out.

@yukimori We go to a tax pro - I don't mess around - let them make copies and be responsible if they make a mistake!

I guess I use my circumstances as an example.

I always keep up with my earnings from all of my sites and claim them on my taxes. I also claim my computer, internet service, office space and a percentage of the utilities that I use while working.

I have done that for years. I won't have enough 'extra income' this year to worry about.

Yes, it's easier to do it as you go instead of trying to play catch-up at tax time.

I would have used the phrase "All Income Must be Reported." There are many people who don't have to pay income tax, because of their deductions and income levels. However, they have to fill out a tax form that includes all income, just like everyone else. There are no exceptions to this rule that I am aware of.
