Update on Essential Oils and Menopause

Somewhere along the line someone mentioned herbal teas as opposed to essential oils. I checked my daughter's wide variety of teas from David's Teas but came up empty. Then I remembered a member of my writing group sells Steeped Teas. I messaged her and asked her if she had anything. She mentioned two teas that help with menopause symptoms. I clarified that I am post menopausal so she recommended the one and will be bringing it to the meeting this Sunday. Let's hope this works. Thanks for all who commented.
