They Call This a Prize?

My husband went to his company golf tournament today. Not too brilliant since he worked all night and well, the idiot can't resist a drink, or two or three. Thankfully he is sleeping it off now.
He won an award for lowest gross. My response, "Gross is right." Look at the darn trophy he got for it.
Honestly, where are we going to put this piece of junk? He's already broken too pieces off it. Once after I heard a crash in the kitchen. I believe his drunken self was trying to put it up on top of the cupboards.
He also got a button down shirt with some company's logo on it, and a gift card to Home Depot (not sure how much for).

I'm in the minority and I think the prize is cool. The shirt, towel, and gift card are great prizes as well.
Of course, there's the chance to drink, so I guess, it was a good tourney for your husband!

Gag gifts are often "trophies" at company golf tournaments. The door prizes on the other hand can be very worthwhile.
