Our plan was to buy a gas cookstove/ range that was built in 1950. Our house was built in 1930 and we thought it would be a good match, really.
I was trying to find some help to go get it and load it into a trailer. The seller had told me it would take a crew and a trailer to get it.
We were messaging about it on FaceBook and she said "Well, at the auction when we bought it, they used a forklift". What!!!! no we will not be buying that very solid gas cook stove. It just will not work for us. I do not have a forklift to move it with.
