Why do we over-analyze everything?

Sometimes things just are - there is no need to question everything over and over again. By over-analyzing every little detail of something you miss living in the now. Isn't there enough to worry about without adding more? This world, this life, is already over-analyzed and I think we all have other things we could be doing instead.

Some (read many) people need to do something or the other 24x7 but practically, they have nothing substantial to do. Doing an over-analysis keeps them busy, I guess

This can cause doubt and sometimes fear takes over and then boom! You freeze and don't do anything. I hate it when it happens...

@AbbyGreenhill I do that with things that don't need waiting. But when it requires a lot or some wait time, I end up not going at all! And then I'd feel bad! Wow huh, just like what happened to me hours ago. At least now I'm feeling a whole lot better because of myLot.
