I remember when my Mother was visiting here and we were out shopping thinking what can we make that is fast and easy because we did not want to cook anything after all the running around we did. So we walked down the grocery aisles in the frozen food section and came up with a plan. We bought these Stouffers microwave stuffed bell peppers and then got a few of those microwave potatoes with the broccoli and cheese. We didn't Microwave the stuffed peppers we cooked them in the oven and then we microwaved the potatoes and cheese things and had garlic bread on the side. It was so quick and so so yummy! And also a big glass of iced tea. Yummy!
