She should not have an animal

My sister has 1 cat, which she really has done nothing with. I remember years ago (about 5 or so), when I brought home my 2 kittens at the time that I found. I have boughten them food, toys, and spend time with them (now I have rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, hamster). She has bought this cat food maybe once or twice, and never any toys or even acknowledges it while it climbs all over her. This cat is very fat and obese yet she sees no issue with it. She bought a house and moves in later this fall. I mention when she bringing the cat, as her boyfriend (of 15 years) hates animals and wont allow them in the house. For me he'd be gone, yet that is why the cat is at my parents house. She found 2 kittens and a mom cat the other day, brought them over to my parents house. I just rolled my eyes, she starts going on how she wants to keep the kitten. Yet, she can't care for the cat she already has, which lives in my parents house, they feed it, and take care of it. I just piped up, so when your boyfriend kicks it outside guess it will go live with Mom & Dad like the rest. She just gave me a dirty look, they are currently sitting in my parents spare bedroom, and she left them. I went in and fed them, and gave them water. They will probably just stay, I just can't believe my parents allow this. I wont be taking any, shes the one who wants to keep them. My parents obviously taught me different. I was to get an animal and keep it end of story. Not drop it off at someone house, and expect them to care for it. Have you ever got an animal, and gave it away?

At first I think she's kinda like a hoarder, more like a phase or a habit in my opinion. because if she really focus on that cat because it's really a pain taking care of pets specially when they get sick.
