Are you Okay with Carpooling?

Recently our government made a great solution to the city traffic. They deployed what we call the Highway Patrol Group consisting of policemen who do traffic enforcement. A lot of praise are being given because it definitely decreased the daily grind even during rush hours. Now the next step some people in position have thought of is banning private vehicles with less than 4 people in EDSA, a major metropolitan highway. This of course will encourage carpooling however most private vehicle owners only have negative comments about this, thinking it will never solve traffic even just a little bit. Personally I think it's good to enforce it so people will learn to carpool and not waste all those empty seats in their private vehicles. Those who own cars and others are mostly the ones complaining, not even thinking how carpooling could help out people in the long run. Yes it's not the only solution to traffic but it's a start. So, are you pro or against carpooling in your area? Do you or don't you have it where you live?
