Home Screening Kit for Colon Cancer

I just received an e-mail from my medical insurance provider, United Healthcare. The e-mail is about a kit that they can mail to their customers. It is a kit and instructions for doing a home test to screen for colon cancer. All I have to do is click a link and the process will start. That sounds easy enough and much less stress than having a colonoscopy.
I am sure that if the test indicates problems that a scope would then be necessary. But at least this kit can help make things a little easier and get more people tested.
Would you request such a kit if it was available to you?
