I joined this site four years ago, but then I completely lost track of it. I couldn't remember the name of it but I did remember that I'd joined a site where I could earn a little bit by posting stuff. Now I just learned that not only was I still a member all this time, but the site had even shut down or something like that. Now it's back and so am I. Anyone else have this situation happen to them? Anyway...just wanted to re-introduce myself a little bit. I noticed that I cannot post a profile picture, I get an error page each time. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Edited to add that I'm using internet explorer as my default browser. Would that have something to do with it?

Yeah, I've noticed that IE unfriendliness. I could not upload a simple picture in here using my IE computer, so I used one that runs firefox instead and that one worked. Of course the picture is several years old now rather than the brand spanking new one I TRIED to use, but at least I now have a face. hehe. Btw, welcome aboard, Anna. :)

@LadyDuck You are very welcome. I wrote for a variety of sites myself over the past few years too. I never even knew that this site had shut down...I just couldn't remember the name of it or I probably would have tried to get back earlier.

@Novelangel Thank you Kristie, I wrote for another site, many MyLotters came there when the site stopped paying. Now we are all moving here.

Thank you, Kevin. I guess it's easy to do that sometimes. You get involved with other sites online and much later a little birdie tweets into your ear that you have a membership somewhere-or-other. That's how I met my husband...LOL...by joining a dating site, leaving it, forgetting about it and then trying to join again later. There he was, waiting for me. :)

Welcome back! Not sure why you can't upload a profile photo. Maybe the new site is still a little buggy. Keep trying!

Thank you very much, Angel. I definitely will keep trying. Perhaps I need to try a different photo. It's a JPEG so should work I'd think, but I'm no expert. ;)

@Angelee_27 Not sure. I just tried another picture, but that didn't go through either. Both had been previously modified smaller for use as profile pics. I get sent to a runtime error page every time, and it tells me there is an error on the server, so not sure what's going on, but thinking bug in the site's system, as you already mentioned, Angel. Well, maybe later it will work. All of my other info updated just fine.
