Good news everyone, I found out at work that I officially passed 6 months probation. This means I am now officially hired as the finance adviser. I am happy that I can now start saving for a car now, knowing my job is more secure.

I remember I was asked to be a steady employee at the last place I worked. I had been a temp. That was a good day. I am now retired and on disability. I am so happy to be retired.

I don't have a job security and the most of the money that comes to me is random. So once a month I earn good and the very next I earn less. This makes the earning very fluctuating. It makes me feel how the things have to be adjusted for the financial security. I am working on online jobs to compensate with small money. But that is as much as I can do.

I feel very secure in my job. I have been there a little over a year and have already received a promotion. I work for a large corporation that has branches in all but 1 of the 50 states. We have also opened sister companies in other countries. Advancement in this company has great potential, if your willing to relocate. I'm very happy to be a part of this company and look forward to working here till I retire.

Nope, we are not guaranteed our jobs. You never know if they decide you close your division or try to give you a pay decrease. I wish you well with your new job.

With today's volatile job situation, job security is a dream for most workers. I was part of a company then that was stable but then had to let go of our department because of certain factors.
Thanks for this post, I'm inspired to write my own.
