Hi Mylot Friends, Previously the companies are issuing shares, bonds, certificates in the form of paper, when the internet and on line is available to the public, the companies are issuing share certificates in digital format if any body require physical format we can opt or convert of our digital shares in paper form like paper/digital vice versa. But now a days there is value for digital shares in most of the exchanges of the world and which are digital format shares are easily trad able in the market than the physical shares
